The Luan Lab is part of the Department of Cell Systems and Anatomy and is also affiliated with Greehey Children’s Cancer Research Institute and Mays Cancer Center. We are located in Long School of Medicine.

In the Our lab focuses on the detection and characterization of epigenetic and chromatin topology alterations during tumorigenesis. Also interested in developing algorithms and computational tools to understand how genetic variants impact human disease.
